Wonderful villa,200m walk from Surfing beach. It is distributed over 4 floors with indoor & alfresco lounge areas, Kitchen, 4 bedrooms, Cinema Terrace, 3 bathrooms and secure 2 vehicle garage. Having 4 different terraces gives a good amount of space for even 4 couples. The villa is located in the great residential neighbourhood of Corralejo Playa, next to the Natural Park & close to town centre (12Min walk, 3Min car), gorgeous beaches. A SUP board is included for guests to use. Lots of terraces available in sun or shade for private or group relaxation. The whole villa and multiple terraces are available for private use and many bathroom/shower rooms. A kitchen and lounge area also. Guest have 2 private parking spaces in secure garage down access ramp into basement. These are all exclusive to the villa. Communal pool area is available and shared with the additional 15 villas in the community (Many times you may have this exclusively . I won't be there in person. The very friendly Andreaa who lives nearby is there to help you. She is able to speak Spanish, Italian and English very well. Any maintenance issues will be catered for by the on-site maintenance manager, so you just have to ask him \Andreea or myself and we'll endeavour assist you. The Villa is a 200m walk from the surf beach and dependant on the weather and your sport. You could launch a Windsurf / Wingsurf / SUP and surf board. Corralejo bay caters for all over to Waikiki beach for calmer conditions and Punta Elena big wave days. Or sit in Sunset Beach Surf Bar for a cocktail and great live music The Bus stop next to El campanario is about a 5 minute walk so very easy to arrive by bus or tour the island from there. A short bus change is required from the airport Those hiring cars have space in the private garage with electric roller shutters for 2 vehicles up to 4.4m long The room at the top of the villa has Air conditioning unit for when it gets hot in the summer. The other rooms have passive cooling and a mix of ceiling and portable fans to use. There is an inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board for guests to use if you feel sea worthy enough (at own risk) :)
